Terms of Service

The ground rules for using the ForgeOS workspace and its TikTok preparation tools.

Last updated September 25, 2026

1. The service

ForgeOS is an operator-controlled tool for preparing and reviewing short-form content. Its private guide helps the workspace operator configure a TikTok developer app, authorize a TikTok account, check account readiness, classify content, and review a staged video. Public visitors can read this site without unlocking the guide. Use of the private tools is limited to people authorized by the workspace operator.

2. Your responsibilities

Only connect a TikTok account you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the topics and materials you provide, the rights to any content you use, the accuracy of disclosures, and compliance with TikTok’s rules and applicable law. Keep the private guide credentials confidential. Do not use ForgeOS to post unlawful, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized content.

3. Posting is a separate decision

Connecting TikTok or generating a video does not publish it. The workflow requires review and explicit approval of a staged asset before any publish handoff. Approval alone does not publish a video; posting, when available, is a separate operator-initiated action. Posting is currently disabled in the guided experience. The current private-test configuration restricts TikTok posts to SELF_ONLY and checks that the connected creator account supports that privacy level. Do not treat a prepared or approved asset as a published post.

4. Content and AI

ForgeOS uses AI-assisted generation to help draft scripts, captions, and video assets. Output can be inaccurate or unsuitable; the operator must check the final content and mark commercial content accurately before approving it. ForgeOS records whether generated content is AI-generated and supplies the appropriate indicator in its TikTok posting workflow. You remain responsible for reviewing your content and permissions. This tool does not provide legal advice.

5. Third-party services

TikTok authorization, account information, and any eventual posting are subject to TikTok’s own terms and controls. AI generation and video rendering use external providers as described in the Privacy Policy. ForgeOS cannot guarantee a third party will accept an authorization request, render, or post.

6. Availability and changes

ForgeOS may change as the operator develops the workspace. The operator can restrict or stop access to the private guide. There is no promise of uninterrupted operation or of approval for TikTok’s developer program. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised date; review them before continued use.

7. Questions and stopping use

Stop using the private tools if you do not agree with these terms. For questions or requests about stored data, contact the operator who granted access to this workspace. No public legal-contact address has been configured for this app. See the Privacy Policy for revocation and deletion information.
